Terms of sale

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms of sale ("Terms of sale") govern the distance selling, by Time signature, Micro entreprise, France, SIRET : 81475802500039 (the "Seller"), of subscriptions and offers giving access to the digital content of Time signature, on the site and its pre-order page, to any individual acting for non-professional purposes (the "Customer"). They prevail over any other document. The Customer accepts them, by ticking the box provided, before any payment; the accepted version is kept by the Seller and remains available on the site.

2. Offers

The main characteristics of each offer (included content, duration, billing period, access opening date where applicable) are shown on the offer page before ordering. The Seller offers in particular:

3. Prices

Prices include all taxes, are shown in the displayed currency and are presented before the order is confirmed. A struck-through price, if displayed, is indicative and corresponds to the usual price of the offer without promotion. Promo codes apply under the displayed conditions: unless the code says otherwise, the discount applies to the plan and not to options added to the order; the order page states what it applies to. The Seller may change its prices; the price of a running subscription only changes at the next renewal, after notifying the Customer at least one month in advance, and the Customer may cancel before the new price applies.

4. Order

The Customer chooses an offer and a billing period, creates or completes an account, reads the Terms of sale and the Privacy policy, then accepts the Terms of sale. The Customer is then taken to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, where the order details and total price are checked before confirming with a button clearly stating the obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. The Seller emails the Customer an order confirmation containing its essential details; the accepted Terms of sale remain available on the site.

5. Payment

Payment is made by card (or any other method offered) through Stripe; the Seller never has access to card details. For a subscription, the Customer authorises the automatic collection of each period's amount on its due date. If a payment fails, the Customer is informed and access may be suspended until payment is made. Invoices are available from the "My subscription" area.

6. Duration, renewal and cancellation

A subscription is concluded for the chosen period (month or year) and renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled. For a yearly subscription, the Seller informs the Customer in writing, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the current period, of the option not to renew (article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code).

The Customer may cancel at any time, free of charge, directly online from the "My subscription" area (cancellation function) or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and access is kept until then. Except in case of withdrawal (section 7) or breach by the Seller, the current period is not refunded.

Special plans, options and plan changes: each special plan is cancelled separately. Pausing the main plan (where offered) does not pause special plans, which stay active and billed; the Customer is told so before confirming. An option can be removed at any time: it stays available until the end of the paid period, then stops being billed, and the removal can be cancelled until then. An option added during a period is billed, depending on the option, either pro rata for the remaining time (immediate payment and access) or from the next due date; the plan's price is never recalculated on that occasion. When the main plan is changed, options that do not exist on the new plan are removed only with the Customer's explicit agreement.

7. Right of withdrawal

The Customer may withdraw, without giving reasons or paying penalties, as long as they have not accepted to start the program (see below): they are then refunded in full. No paid content is provided before that acceptance. Where access to content is deferred (pre-order offer), the right of withdrawal remains intact until acceptance, whatever the date access opens.

Waiver — digital content: in accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the Customer has expressly asked for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledged losing the right. On the Platform, when their access opens, the Customer is invited to accept by ticking two separate boxes, never pre-ticked: by accepting, they waive their right of withdrawal and any refund, immediately and permanently. A confirmation is then emailed (durable medium). Until they accept, the right of withdrawal remains intact and no paid content is accessible.

Special plans: each special plan is a separate contract with its own right of withdrawal. Withdrawing from a special plan affects neither the main plan nor any other plan, and consent given for one plan does not apply to another.

Options: adding an option after the order opens a right of withdrawal specific to that option, with no effect on the rest of the subscription. Where the option only starts at the next due date, nothing is paid or provided before then and the Customer may remove it free of charge until that date. Where the option is available immediately (immediate payment), the Customer must first expressly request this immediate access and expressly waive the right of withdrawal and any refund for this option, by ticking two separate boxes; a confirmation is sent by email. Otherwise the option cannot be added.

How to withdraw: in one click, with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the "My subscription" area (on the site or via the personal link received by email), which immediately sends an acknowledgement of receipt; or by any unambiguous statement sent to [email protected], possibly using the form below.

Effects: the Seller refunds all sums paid, using the same payment method, no later than fourteen days after receiving the withdrawal; the subscription ends immediately and, for a pre-order offer, the preferential price is permanently forfeited.

Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw): "To Time signature, France, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following subscription: [offer], subscribed on [date], consumer's name, account email address, date, signature (if sent on paper)."

8. Access to the service

Access is provided online, as soon as payment is confirmed or on the announced opening date for a pre-order. It requires a recent device, an up-to-date browser and an internet connection; some interactive content is provided by embedded third-party services (score player). Maintenance interruptions are kept to the strict minimum.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The Seller must supply digital content and services in conformity with the contract throughout the subscription (articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). In case of lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to have it brought into conformity or, failing that, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. Defects are reported to [email protected]. During the contract, the Customer does not have to prove that the defect existed at the time of supply.

10. Liability

The Seller is not liable for misuse of the service, failure of the Customer's equipment or connection, or force majeure. Nothing in these Terms of sale limits the Customer's statutory rights.

11. Intellectual property and personal use

The subscription grants a strictly personal right to use the content, under the Terms of use, which in particular prohibit account sharing. A serious breach may lead to termination of the subscription as provided in the Terms of use.

12. Personal data

Data needed for the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

13. Customer service and complaints

For any question or complaint: [email protected], or the site's contact form. The Seller replies as quickly as possible.

14. Consumer mediation

After a written complaint that did not receive a satisfactory answer, the Customer may refer the matter free of charge, within one year, to the consumer mediator the Seller is registered with: [To be completed : Consumer mediator] — [To be completed : Mediator website] (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of sale are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer residing in another EU Member State of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes are brought before the competent court under ordinary rules, and the Customer may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
