Cookie policy

This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies (browser local storage) used on Time signature and its pre-order page, in accordance with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines.

1. What does not require your consent

These are strictly necessary for the service you request:

• Login session (secure cookie): keeps you signed in; deleted when you sign out or when it expires.
• Your cookie choice: six months.
• Display preferences (language, light/dark theme, video player): browser local storage.
• Security: cookieless anti-bot protection (proof of work done by your browser) and any technical cookies from our content delivery network (Cloudflare) used to filter malicious traffic.
• Payment: cookies set by Stripe on its payment page, needed to secure the transaction.

2. Audience measurement

Before you choose, or if you refuse, traffic is measured without any cookie or storage on your device (PostHog "cookieless" mode: aggregated counting based on a technical identifier computed server-side and renewed daily).

If you accept, we additionally use:

• PostHog (data hosted in the European Union): ph_* cookies to understand journeys on the site (pages viewed, duration, FAQ questions opened), for at most thirteen months;
• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd): _ga, _ga_* cookies, for at most thirteen months.

3. Embedded third-party content

Interactive scores are provided by Soundslice and only shown to subscribers; this service may set its own technical cookies, governed by its policy.

4. Managing your choices

Your consent is free: refusing is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is asked again after six months at most, or when this policy changes. You can also set your browser to block cookies; some features may then stop working.
